       A: Sorry, Free sample is not available for new customer.

2.  Q: Do you have your own factory?

      A: Yes, we  have our own factory located in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.

3.  Q: Can i get the sample order?

      A:  Yes, sent email to us and we will have some one help you.

4.  Q:  What’s the lead time for regular order?

     A: It’s usually within 7days for stocked items. 7-14 days for quantity lower than 500pcs.For more quantity, it’s about 30 days.

5.  Q: How about the shipping methods?

     A:  For sample ordre, we usually send through international courier door to door ,such as DHL,Ups, Fedex etc,for bulk order,we normally

            ship by air or by sea based on clients’ requirement.We offer the most reasonable way to our clients.

6. Q: How long do you offer for your product warranty?

     A: Our product warranty is 12months, except artificially damaged or improper operation.

7. Q: Do you inspect the finished products?

     A: Yes,each step of production and finished products  come out in specation by QC department  before shipping.
